Free shipping

Shipping is FREE on every order, anywhere in mainland France. No hidden fees, no minimum purchase.

Delivery times

Mainland France: 4 to 8 business days
EU (Belgium, Spain, Germany): 7 to 12 business days
United Kingdom: 8 to 14 business days
USA & Canada: 10 to 20 business days

These times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods or due to logistical constraints.

Order preparation

Your order is prepared within 24-48 business hours following your payment confirmation. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Order tracking

You can track your package in real time via the tracking link sent by email. If you can't find it, contact us.

Package not delivered

If your package doesn't arrive within the announced time, contact us within 30 days of shipment. We open a carrier investigation and either send you a new package or refund you.

Wrong address

Please verify your address carefully before validating the order. In case of error, contact us immediately (within the hour if possible). Once the package is shipped, the address can no longer be modified.

Customs (outside EU)

For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
